  • We send our hogs to the butcher every two weeks!

  • We deliver to Sauk Centre along 94 to Wayzata and can meet along that way.

    We also can deliver from Belgrade to Willmar.

  • Once you place your order - I will call you and we will review your selections and answer any questions you might have. We can change anything you like during that conversation!

  • For a half hog, you’ll need about 4.5 cubic feet, which is about 2 large paper grocery bags full.

    For a whole hog, you’ll need about 9 cubic feet, which is about 4 paper grocery bags full.

  • No, our hogs are not certified organic. Our focus is on regenerative farming, which means we prioritize practices that improve soil health, support biodiversity, and care for our animals in a way that works with nature. On our farm, that includes practices like cover crops, no-till, composting manure, rotational grazing, and raising animals in a humane, pasture-based system. While we are not pursuing organic certification, we are deeply committed to building a healthy farm ecosystem and producing high-quality pork in a responsible way.
