Refund Policy
Perishable Items:
We have a strict no-returns and no-refunds policy on all perishable and food-related items.
Feathered Acres Farm will accept any unworn, unused, unwashed, non-perishable merchandise. You can return for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. If it is past 30 days under the same conditions, we can return your item for store credit or exchange. If any items arrive damaged, please reach out as soon as possible. We can offer replacement items for up to 30 days after delivery.
We can provide a shipping label, but the cost of the label will be taken out of the refund. Each item will be inspected for damage upon being returned to the farm. If the item arrives damaged and was not disclosed before returning, we will not be able to accept the return.
All sale items are final sale. No refunds. No exchanges.

100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 7 day(s) before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if canceled after.

A pre-authorization damage deposit of USD 50.00 is held on 1 day(s) before arrival and voided on 2 day(s) after departure
