💵 Cost: $10 per child (includes all materials, paint, brushes, snacks, and YOU must search for your own 3 rocks before class! Please no bigger than the size of your palm!)
Get ready to turn ordinary rocks into extraordinary works of art! In this fun, hands-on class, kiddos will learn how to prep, paint, and seal their very own garden rocks — perfect for decorating flower beds, fairy gardens, or your favorite outdoor spot.
What we’ll do:
🌿 Step 1: Prepare the Rock
We’ll start by washing and drying our rocks so they’re ready for paint. (Yes, getting a little soapy is part of the fun!)
🎨 Step 2: Prime & Base Coat
Want bright, bold colors? We’ll add a primer or base coat to make your designs pop!
🍎 Story & Snack Time + Design Planning
While our base coats dry, we’ll take a fun little break. Kiddos can enjoy a light snack while listening to a short, garden-themed story and sketching out their rock designs on paper before painting.
🖌️ Step 3: Paint Your Design- WE WILL USE NON WASHABLE PAINT
Now the magic happens! Kids can bring their sketches to life with brushes or paint pens. Ladybugs, bumblebees, flowers, or silly faces — imagination is the only limit!
✨ Step 4: Seal & Shine
Once our rocks are dry, we’ll add a clear sealer to make them weatherproof and ready for the garden.
Each child will take home their finished rock (3 rocks!) to brighten up their garden — and maybe even start a rock art collection.
