Ordering Meat Directly from your local farmer

β’ Better understand cut sheets, processing options, and butcher terminology
This class will give you practical, hands-on experience while helping you understand how locally raised meat goes from the farm to your table.
Each participant will also take home some delicious local meat! (2 chickens)
